The social side of HART LIONS is very important.
We focus on events both formal and informal and often include some that we perhaps would not consider as individuals, but are great fun with a group of friends!
- A visit to Guildford Blue watch firemen
- The cinema and supper
- Skittles in a local pub
- Picnic Evening - 'proms in the park 'type event at The Vyne. 'Grease Mania' was the theme. All were jigging and a jogging to the music of the rock era. This was followed by fireworks
- Progressive suppers
- Sunday Strollers (4-5 miles once a month whatever the weather!)
- An evening of cheese and wine just for the members. Getting to know each other better, This is especially for the newer members
Lions who play well together, work well together, so we try to organise one social event each month and are always looking for new ideas.
